Welcome and thank you for using the BeeMachine mobile app. BeeMachine allows users to identify bees in images using computer vision. Please carefully read and agree to our terms of serivce before using the app.

1. The BeeMachine app is provided as-is. Although we continually strive to improve our computer vision models for more accurate predictions, not all predictions will be correct. Please verify predictions with an expert before use outside of the app. Predictions and data gathered from the app are to be used at users' discretion and risk.

2. Bee sightings, including date, location, and photos, will be made available for science and bee conservation. By submitting your sightings to BeeMachine, you agree that submitted photos will be available for use in the public domain (CC0). 

3. By using BeeMachine, you agree to use the app responsibly, not for illegal purposes, and not to spam, harrass, or intimidate other BeeMachine users. The app is not to be used to promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination. Violating these terms will result in user account removal.

4. All graphics, logos, and the name BeeMachine is reserved and the intellectual property of BeeMachine.

5. Updates to these terms of service may be made at any time. New features will be added to BeeMachine in the future and will be subject to these terms of service.
